14k petite cubic zirconia flower and 4mm gold ball navel barbell. This flower is our smallest version, and is delicately balanced with the simple gold ball. The ball is small, so it may not be visible in those navel piercings that are pierced deep inside the opening. All colors of gold are nickel free and hypoallergenic.
